Twitter the Teddy Bear Ships Out

We have such a wonderful community of supporters here at eMail Our Military. We asked for a little help to show support and encouragement to PFC Hunter Levine, injured in Iraq and recovering at the VA hospital in California.

We asked you to send your cards and letters, helping him hold on to hope. What you did though was spread the word across your social networks linking people back here to his story, creating an outpouring of amazing support.

Just one example of this support is @Annetteyen who is part of our eMOM twitter community and founder of Critters Who Care. She's sending the Critter pictured in the photo above, dressed in cammo, to PFC Hunter Levine. Additionally, she recorded "I love you Hunter" which will play on the bear's soundchip when his foot is squeezed. Perfect for PFC Levine who currently cannot see due to his injuries.

It's been awe-inspiring and heart-warming to see how people have taken this action alert and made it their own.
