6:00 A.M. - 10:00 P.M. – National Museum of the Marine Corps Exhibit Will feature displays that detail major conflicts and other milestones in Marine Corps’ history. (O’Hare International Airport, Terminal 3)

8:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. – Marines Clean Up Levin Park Marines will volunteer at the local park and clean up debris, lay down new mulch and put down fresh topsoil on the athletic fields. (5458 W. Kinzie St., Chicago, IL)

8:30 A.M. - 11:30 A.M. – Equipment Display at Lake County High School Marine Corps aviators will provide an inside look of a helicopter for faculty and students. (1600 Eagle Way, Lake Villa, IL)

9:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. – Equipment Display at Plainview High School Marine Corps aviators will provide an inside look of a CH-46 helicopter for faculty and students.

10:30 A.M. - 11:30 A.M. – Marine Week Dedication Ceremony at Daley Plaza Will feature City of Chicago officials, Brigadier General Melvin G. Spiese (Chicago native), the Marine Corps League, a pinning ceremony to honor Marine families and veterans, and performances by the 29 Palms Marine Band and Color Guard.
