Support Military Kids with a Simple Vote

Our friends at Dog Tags For Kids need your help so we're sending out a call to action.

Squidoo is giving away $80,000 to charity on their "$80,000 Squidoo Charity Giveaway" page. There are many worthy causes but we are asking for you to pick this one for the kids.

All you do is visit the page and vote for Dog Tags for Kids. No need to register and it doesn't cost you a thing.

What makes Dog Tags for Kids so very special is that they are 100% volunteer and use 100% of the money they receive to provide dog tags to the kids of deployed service members. They take NO administrative fees.

Though all the causes are worthy of your time and your vote, Dog Tags for Kids doesn't have the fame, publicity, marketing or sheer numbers some of the others do so, every vote they get is $2.00 to their organization and means 4 dog tags that will go to military kids with a parent stationed in a war zone.

The Dog Tags for Kids Project is dedicated to helping United States Service men and women in most harm's way connect with their children at home. Specially engraved Dog Tags in the appropriate service color are provided FREE to the service members for their children. Dog tags are engraved with a message from the parent who is serving like: "With Love From Dad, U.S. Army, Iraq 2008."

Head on over to and vote for Dog Tags for Kids. When you do, 4 more military kids will get a dog tags from mom or dad to hold on to until they're safely home.

By the way, every organization getting a vote is a winner since each will receive $2 per vote. That's $2 more than they would have had prior.

Thanks for supporting military kids!
